Chandon Garden Spritz is a deliciously refreshing, ready-to-serve and ready-to-drink blend with a secret home-made orange-bitter liqueur recipe, 100% naturally made in the Yarra Valley in Australia by the world’s largest sparkling wine estates – CHANDON. This is a drink that serves perfectly with ice, orange slices and a hint of rosemary.

At Café Claudel we have teamed with Bollinger Champagne this New Year to create an awesome Après-Ski on the terrace at Tai Kwun!
The terrace has been transformed into a wintery Alpine spectacular with a fully cladded wooden bar & ski slope signage, cozy fleece blankets, cushions, fluffy sheepskin throws, festive decorative foliage and lighting to match.
The bar will be serving Bollinger ‘Bolly’ Champagne by the glass & bottle, as well as bespoke designed winter cocktails with a familiar après theme including The Fairweather Skier Bellini, The Red Runner Negroni, The Mogul Master Bloody Mary, and the Afternoon Sauna Sort Hot Toddy for that hug in a mug under a rug.

An exciting partnership designed to bring together the two worlds of fashion and F&B, inviting guests to immerse themselves in truly authentic Parisian space showcasing Longchamp's dazzling Fall/Winter 2021 campaign as well as exclusive branded Longchamp French delicacies.
