Founded in 2009 Pastis Group was born with the opening of Pastis Bistro, Hong Kong's first informal all-day dining French restaurant. 

Pastis Group, owned by Olivier Caisson, consists of four restaurants, one bar and a wine shop across Hong Kong Island, from Central to Sai Ying Pun with a focus on neighbourhood locations. 

For us it is all about creating friendly, convivial spaces where people can relax, unwind and enjoy a taste of Europe in amongst the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong. We aim to deliver on attentive service,  amazing food and delicious wines consistently across each of our venues.

Our wine shop, French Flair on the high street in SYP is a real favourite in the neighbourhood stocking an incredible selection of  awesome French wines. Our online shop allows people to order from all over HK, free delivery across the island for orders over $800.
